Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be met to use the bonus.
Example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
- Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳10,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳28,000
If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be cancelled.

Section 5: Fair Use and Prohibited Activities
List of Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and are subject to penalty:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same person
- Transferring or selling an account
- Money laundering or use of illegal funds

Gold Level

VIP level upgrades are assessed automatically based on regular gaming activity. The account must remain active to receive cashback benefits and current promotion terms must be followed. 388win reserves the right to change the VIP program terms.
Section 7: Limitation of Liability

Technical Errors
If any discrepancy in game results arises due to a software or hardware error, 388win reserves the right to void that round or correct the result. Abnormal winnings obtained as a result of a technical error may be corrected or reversed.

- Operating multiple accounts
- Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. The invalid provision will be amended where possible, or otherwise removed.
Waiver
If 388win does not enforce any right under these terms in a particular situation, that does not indicate a permanent waiver of that right.
Language
These terms and conditions are written in Bengali, and the Bengali version is the binding version for players in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered the authoritative version.
